Five things, done properly

Not twenty named after weather systems. Five, each with a point, and a coach who will tell you which one you should be in.

Strength

Barbell work, progressive, written in six-week blocks. The one most people are here for.

Hard, short, and finished in forty-five minutes. Scales to whatever you walk in with.

Snatch and clean and jerk, coached properly and slowly. Two years to get good; worth it.

Six sessions, small groups, everybody starts here. Included in every membership.

Slow, unglamorous, and the reason the people who have been here longest are still here.

Lunchtime. In, worked, showered and back at a desk inside an hour.
