An estate agency for people who would rather see the numbers than the adjectives.
How we list a property
Every listing carries the floor area, the council band, the tenure and the running costs, because those are the four things that decide whether a viewing is worth the Saturday.
We photograph in daylight, we do not use a wide-angle lens to make a room look like a different room, and we publish the price we expect it to sell for.
On every listing
- Floor area, and a plan
- Tenure, lease length and service charge
- What the last three comparable properties sold for
- The nearest schools, with their catchment, not their rating
